Vineyard Region: Tasmania
Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol: 13.5%
Colour: This Riesling is a bright, pale straw colour with tinges of green.
Aroma: The nose is tight in its youth showing lime juice and slatey mineral lift.
Palate: The acidity carries the citrus flavours for a long time on the palate and keeps the finish crisp and fresh.
Peak Drinking: Until 2027

Recommended food pairings: The Devil’s Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Salt and pepper calamari with a lime vinaigrette and aioli dipping sauce would be perfect. As would Bahn Me with bbq chicken and fresh Asian herbs. Don’t forget the oysters!

Growing Conditions: The Devil’s Corner Resolution Riesling is from our cool climate Tasmanian vineyards. The 2019 vintage was excellent across the board with great ripening conditions and quality.

Winemaking notes: Only free run juice is used in the Resolution Riesling providing the highest quality characteristics and acidity. The wine was fermented in tank under strict temperature control to maximise the integrity and impact of the vibrant fruit flavours. It was bottled with an alcohol of 13.5%. Vegan-friendly.
