Recommended food pairings: The Devil’s Corner Resolution Riesling would be perfect with a range of seafood dishes. Salt and pepper calamari with a lime vinaigrette and aioli dipping sauce would be perfect. As would Bahn Me with bbq chicken and fresh Asian herbs. Don’t forget the oysters!
Growing Conditions: The Devil’s Corner Resolution Riesling is from our cool climate Tasmanian vineyards. The 2019 vintage was excellent across the board with great ripening conditions and quality.
Winemaking notes: Only free run juice is used in the Resolution Riesling providing the highest quality characteristics and acidity. The wine was fermented in tank under strict temperature control to maximise the integrity and impact of the vibrant fruit flavours. It was bottled with an alcohol of 13.5% a T.A. of 9.5 g/l and a pH of 3.06.

“Unusual riesling, Full-bodied through the mid-palate and then lean and (gently) bitter through the finish. Grapefruit-like, but sweet or ripe grapefruit. It’s an experience.”
