Orange Muscat & Flora 375mL
The late harvested Orange Muscat fruit is judiciously blended with very rare Flora grape which combines to give a wine of enormous mouth filing intensity. Sweet and rich yet, beautifully balanced, with fine acidity. Explore with fresh berry tarts or soft blue cheese.
Johan Graham Brown inherited a natural curiosity to explore, through the planting of new vineyards, dealing with diverse climates and the development of a research winery, called the Kindergarten. His passion for wine, led the way with innovative wine styles and grape varieties from across the globe.

Recommended food pairings: This luscious late harvested wine makes a perfect partner to a wide range of desserts. Sticky date pudding with caramel sauce is a long time favourite. Try orange poppy seed cake served with a rich double cream or Milawa blue cheese accompanied by Orange Muscat and Flora marinated apricots.
Growing Conditions: This wine is made up of a blend of 74% Orange Muscat and 26% Flora. The fruit was grown at our Mystic Park vineyard and was harvested in mid March to early April at baumé levels ranging from 15.0 to 17.0.

Winemaking notes: The wine was bottled soon after fermentation was deliberately stopped with an alcohol of 10%. Vegan-friendly.
