Sparkling Vintage 2017
Our most recent release of our multi awarded Pirie Sparkling Vintage.
There is some lovely lemon biscuit and granny smith apple flavours and a yeasty complexity to the nose. The palate is powerful and the cool-climate Tasmanian acidity kicks in to leave a perfect balance.
