Vineyard Region: Victoria
Wine Analysis: Alc/Vol: 7%
Colour: The wine has a bright pink strawberry hue, giving it a light and delicate appearance.
Aroma: Due to a small addition of Cienna, the wine has lifted red berry aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a spicy perfume.
Palate: The palate also shows these characters along with a fruitiness that is balanced by acidity and the refreshing full sparkling sensation.
Peak Drinking: Until 2023

Recommended food pairings: The Sparkling Moscato Rosé is a classic aperitif wine to enjoy on its own. With food, it is great with a wedge of crisp pear wrapped in prosciutto or a fresh fruit platter and light style cheeses like brie or camembert.

Growing Conditions: This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes with a small percentage of Cienna (3%) to give the rosé colour. The grapes were harvested from mid February to mid April 2021 at baumés ranging from 10.5 to 13.5.

Winemaking notes: The wine went through fermentation using the Charmat (tank) method to develop the desired bubble and was bottled soon after this with an alcohol of 7.0%,
