A bright and lively sparkling wine, bursting with aromas of homegrown apples and a splash of zesty citrus.
Made from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, this Premium Cuvée NV contains a blend of parcels of wine from several vintages; each contributing its own subtle layer of flavour and complexity. With a hint of creaminess and a crisp finish, you can enjoy this zesty Cuvée on its own or in true Tasmanian style: with a dozen oysters on hand.

Highlighting fresh citrus flavours of lemon and lime, the Resolution Riesling is a zesty and vibrant cool-climate white that’s naturally crisp and refreshing. Youthful, tight and bright with a slatey, mineral lift.

Using hand-harvested, whole-bunch pressed fruit from our Tamar Valley and East Coast vineyards, the Devil’s Corner Resolution Chardonnay is a layered and complex white wine shining with flavours of stonefruits, citrus, and cashew.
Pressed gently to get the best free-run juice, it then underwent partial natural fermentation in barrel. French oak was used for maturation with some lees (dead yeast cells) stirring to develop complexity.
Smells… light and bright, with lifted aromas of peach, pear, and oak
Tastes… bright and complex with crisp acidity and elegant finish

PINOT NOIR SELECTION
A wine that’s as delectable in colour as it is on the palate, our vegan Rosé is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes on the east coast of Tasmania. Light, bright and refreshingly dry, pour alongside your favourite seafood snacks or pack the esky for a day at the beach.
The fruit was destemmed and free run juice taken away from the skins almost immediately. The juice was oxidatively handled and 20% aged in older French oak for complexity.
Smells… like a bouquet of strawberries, watermelon, subtle spic
Tastes… bright, crunchy and savoury
Pair with: sashimi, charcuterie, light cheeses like camembert or brie

Made with estate-grown grapes from our East Coast Hazards Vineyard, the Devil’s Corner Pinot Grigio is a fresh and lively white wine loaded with flavours of yellow pear, apple and tropical fruits.
Fermented in tank with partial lees contact, this Pinot Grigio is zesty and wickedly fragrant, made to be enjoyed young.
Smells… slightly herbaceous with savoury pear and tropical fruit

Loaded with zesty citrus and lemon blossom, this classic cool-climate Riesling is vibrant, refreshing and brilliantly balanced. A multi-award-winning wine that’s approachable and unpretentious, made using 100% Riesling grapes from our east coast and Tamar Valley vineyards.

You can’t beat the classics. Crisp and fresh with wild aromas of passionfruit, the Devil’s Corner Sauvignon Blanc is an easy-drinking white wine that’s loud and proud with tropical fruit flavours and a long, balanced finish.
Juice was run off skins immediately after pressing and then cold-settled. The wine was fermented in tank under strict temperature control to maximise the integrity and let these vibrant fruit flavours shine.

Made with 100% Chardonnay grapes grown from right here in our east coast vineyards, and up north in the Tamar Valley, this bright young Chardy is vibrant and aromatic, with subtle creaminess on the palate and a good kick of zest to finish.
Juice was run off skins immediately; 85% was fermented on solids in tank, while 15% in barrel.
Smells… zesty melon and ripe nectarine
Tastes… fresh and youthful, with zingy citrus flavours of lemon and grapefruit
Pair with: Tasmanian smoked salmon with capers and homemade mayo
Youthful in colour with a vibrant, golden green hue, this wine shines with aromas of pear and melon against a complex palate that’s nutty and rich. Drinking well in its youth this wine will continue to improve for another 4 to 6 years.
